Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 bowlsona masoori boiled rice
  2. 200 grampaneer
  3. 1/2 cupchopped vveggies (Carrot, beans)
  4. 1 spoonginger garlic paste
  5. 3green chilli
  6. 1 spoonvinegar
  7. 1 spoonsoya sauce
  8. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  9. 1 spoonjeera(cumin seeds)
  10. 3 spoonchopped coriander leaves
  11. 2 spoonsOil
  12. as neededGreen peas (optional)
  13. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the kadai, add oil, jeera seeds and fry them

  2. 2

    Add chopped onio, and fry them.

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste and fry them

  4. 4

    Add green chilli, peas, veggies and fry them (half fry) and add salt mix them

  5. 5

    Add paneer and just mix.

  6. 6

    Add boiled rice, vinegar, soya sauce, and sprinkle the few water and quick mix.

  7. 7

    Finally add coriander leaves and mix. Veg paneer fried rice ready.
