  1. For paneer
  2. 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  3. 1 tspred chilli sauce
  4. 1/2 tspsoya sauce
  5. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  6. 1 tspcornflour
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 150 gmpaneer (cubed)
  9. as required Oil
  10. For rice
  11. 1 cupboiled basmati rice
  12. 1 tspgarlic chopped
  13. 1capsicum chopped
  14. 1carrot chopped
  15. 1/2 cupchopped beans
  16. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  17. 1/4black pepper powder
  18. 1 tbspgreen chilli sauce
  19. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix tomato sauce, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, pepper powder, cornflour and salt.

    Add paneer to the mixture and coat it well.

    In a pan heat oil and saute the marinated paneer till golden brown.Once paneer cooked keep it aside.

    For rice in a pan heat oil add garlic, saute for 2 minutes.

    Add capsicum, carrot, beans and saute it well, add green chilli sauce, soya sauce, pepper powder,salt, mix it well.

    Add cooked rice, paneer and mix it well.

    Delicious paneer fried rice is ready to serve.
