This is my family's favourite halwa so rich, yummy and healthy too

Wash, peel and shred the lauki

Take a wide pan, add lauki, cardamom powder, green colour and two cups of milk
- 3
Let it cook on medium flame till lauki gets tender and all the milk dries up. Almost 20 to 25 minutes.

Now add ghee and again cook for 10 minutes. Add ghee and milk powder and cook till everything well incorporated and ghee comes out

Add half if the khoya in it and mix well. Turn off the flame.

Take out in a dish, garnish it with remaining khoya and sliced almonds and pistachios. Serve hot and enjoy!!
