Making quick dishes from scratch help clean up the other day left overs without any mood swings in kids as well as toddlers. Also when kids are around macaronis are always life savers. So here it is from my leftover chicken cubes and tomato sauce.

2 cupboiled macaroni
1/2 cupchicken tikka cubes (leftovers)
2 tbsptomato chilli sauce (leftover)
1small onion finely cut into cubes
2 tbspchilli garlic sauce
2-3 tbspketchup
2 tbspoil

In a non stick wok add oil and onions and saute.

When the onions become pale, add the tomato sauces and leftover chicken cubes. Cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle water if desired.

Add the boiled macaronis and mix well.

Serve hot. Enjoy as a light evening snack with kids.
