Steps

Take a pan add alsi and roast it for 3-4 minutes. After that grind it and make the flour

Take a another pan add ghee, wheat flour and roast it

Now add alsi flour in it and cook it for 2 minutes

Add dry fruits, grated Goond, coconut and mix well

Take a another pan add water, jaggery and make the syrup

Now add jaggery syrup and mix well

Now grease the plate and spread the Barfi mixture on it and cut it
