Proof d yeast by dissolving d yeast nd 2teaspoons of sugar in d warm milk and set aside for 5mins

Get a bowl,whisk d egg,melted butter nd set aside

Get a large bowl and combine d flour,salt,sugar nd d proofed yeast,egg, butter together until a soft dough is formed. Knead d dough on a lightly floured surface nd knead unitl its soft.

Cover the dough wit a lid nd allow it to rise in a warm place until double in size

Divide d dough into surface deflat them nd roll dem cover with a clean damp cloth and allow it 2 rise.

Make d egg wash by whisking together with 1 tablespoon of water and brush d surface of d bread.

Preheat the oven nd bake for 15-20mins until golden brown.
