Take beans and rinse properly. Place beans in a Cooker with salt and bay leaf add water and cover. Bring to a boil; boil for 3-4 whistles.

Remove from the heat and let it cool. Drain and rinse, discarding liquid.

Take little butter in a pan add chopped onions and garlic Add chopped tomatoes (I puréed as my kids would like)
Add salt, pepper and celery Now add chopped carrots and seasoning.. - 4
Keep the heat low When tomatoes are done add the boiled beans. Mix well

Discard bay leaf. And add vegetable stock to get the right consistency of soup.

Simmer for 5 minutes Yummy & healthy mixed beans soup is ready to relish.Garnish with coriander leaves.
