Ingredients

  • 200 gmcarrot cut into small squares
  • 2potato small diced
  • 1 bowlpeas
  • To tastesalt and red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2chopped tomato
  • 1/2 tspjeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker, heat oil, add jeera, once it crackle, add tomato, cooked well, add spices, now add potato, peas and carrot mix well.

  2. 2

    Add one ladle of water, cooked it for 2 whistle.

  3. 3

    Serve with roti.
