Ingredients

  • 6eggs
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1ts illaichi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pot and add ghee,sugar and eggs and whisk well

  2. 2

    Turn on flame and cook on low flame for 3 to 4 mint and whisk continously

  3. 3

    Add illaichi powder and whisk well

  4. 4

    Cook on low flame for 20 mint or mixture leaves sides of pots

  5. 5

    Dishout the mixture and spread evenly and cut into pieces.
