Heat a pan add mustard oil put cinnamon,4-5clove,1tsp cuminseeds,curryleaves,cashew chop sauted 1 mints.Then add chop onion&salt sauted till the onion becomes golden brown.

Add 1/2tbsp gingergarlic paste sauted another mints.Add all dry ingredients &cooked nicely.

Add greenpeas sauted.Off the gas &add 1/2cup fresh curd mix well.Now again heat it add chopped tomatoes,& corrienderleaves mix it well,&cooked nicely to cover a lid.

Add capsicum cooked nicely.Now add mushrooms mix it well,&cooked nicely to cover a lid on low flame.Add 1/2cup water &corriender leaves.

Ready the mushroom masala.Garnishing with corriender leaves serve it as a main dish.
