Pav bhaji
Steps

Add 1 tsp butter in pan and add chopped onion and fry them till golden.

Then add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute.

Add capsicum.and boiled veggies. Cook for 3-4minutes

Add chilli powder and pav bhaji masala and cook. Pour water. Mix it well.

Add kasuri methi, masala is ready..

Slit the pav buns horizontally leaving one edge intact.

Heat butter on the pan. Open the buns and sprinkle some pav bhaji masala on the butter.

Place pav and toast them for a min or two.

Garnish with onions, butter and lemon wedges. Serve pav bhaji hot or warm.
