Boil spinach and keep aside until it becomes cool completely

When it becomes cool add it in a mixer and chopped tomato, salt, black pepper powder and mix well

Heat a pan add ghee and jeera and roast it until aroma arise then add spinach gravy and cook it for 4-5mnt. Serve in a bowl and garnish with cheese
