Seive the dry ingredients

Mix jaggery with out any lumbs with milk, oil and vanilla essence

Mix the dry fruits with some wheat flour so it doesn't settle

Mix the jaggery mix with the seived flour and mix well

Dont make a flowing consistency or too thick one

Take a tin, grease ir with butter and flour

Preheat a pan for 10 minutes in medium flame

Place the tin in a stand in the pan

Let it cook for 60 minutes.

Dip a tooth pick. Let it cool down then unmould

Healthy wheat cake is ready to be served for christmas
