In a bowl whisk the yogurt and add salt to taste.
In a pan add ghee and oil and heat on medium heat. Add curry leaves,mustard seeds and cumin.
Once the mustard seeds starts spluttering add green garlic, onion and ginger garlic paste. Sauté for a minutes and add chilli powder. Turn of the gas and transfer straight on top of yogurt. Garnish with coriander and serve with
Paratha, naan, rotla, thepla or bhakhari. - 2
