Soak rice and pulses for half an hour. Take a pan add oil cumin, ginger garlic paste, clove bay leaf,hing,and all types of vegetables add 2 spoons salt as per taste garam masala. Add rice and pulse with water stir for 2 mins then add lemon juice

Take all this in cooker and steam it for 15 mins.

Please don't put whistle just steam it.

Serve it with one spoon homemade Ghee. Sprinkle coriander and serve hot.
