All hara nasal ingredients put in the mixer jar and make a paste.

Wash brinjal (don't cut stems) and slit from down side and put hara masala in it. remaining masala keep aside.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker add cumin and curry leaves, when cumin start cracking add remaining masala and termaric.give quick stir add brinjal and 1/2 cup wster,close lid give 2 whistles on medium flame.

Your delicious hara baigan is ready to serve.you can serve this as a side with roti or chapti.
