Wash rice twice and drain water.

In a pressure cooker take ghee add cardamom, cloves and cinnamon add rice and stir for 2 mins.

Add sugar, fresh coconut, Kesar soaked in milk, cardamom powder. Stir for two minutes.

Add milk and water. Close the lid and take two whistles and simmer for 5 mins. Switch off the flame. Garnish with chopped almonds and cashew. Enjoy your Kesar bhaat.
