Cut idli into 4 pieces.

Now take a bowl add maida, cornflour, salt, little bit chilli powder and mix with water consistency of better is medium pour idli in batter and deep fry in a pan until it becomes golden brown.

Now heat a pan add oil and cabbage, capsicum, salt soya sauce, chilli sauce and saute for 2-3 mnt add cornflour slurry for thickness (1spn) add fried idli and mix well

Serve in a plate.
