4jalapeno peppers
2serano peppers
1medium red onion, chopped
1 cupcilantro, chopped
1 tbssalt
1lime
avocado, optional

On a grill, blacken tomatoes and peppers. Takes about 20-25 minutes

Blend tomatoes, peppers and salt

In a bowl, mix together tomato mixture, cilantro, and the juice of 1 lime

For the perfect guacamole, add prepared salsa to a cubed or mashed up avocado
