Steps

Put potato sev in a ziplock bag crush it coarsely, set aside

Cut the paneer into cube.

Take 1/2 cup water in a bowl, add cornflour and mix well.

Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, ginger and mix well.

Add paneer cubed and mix.

Coat with the potato sev powder and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan fry paneer popcorns until golden brown and crisp

Drain on a paper napkin and serve hot.
