My kids have been disturbing me to make guacamole, so when my niece and nephew came for the holidays and asked for guacamole, i decided to finally make it. It was absolutely delish! Even one of my son's who DOESN'T LIKE avocado at all, finished his own and said he wanted more.

Get your ingredients ready

Cut your avocado in half, remove the seed then pour the lemon or lime on it to prvent it browning and also to enhance the flavor and mash it.

Add the garlic, salt, oil and yaji then mix it very well.

Serve with home made chips
