Take a mixing bowl add all the 3 colour capsicum, salt, Chaat masala, oregano,chilli flakes grated cheese and mix it your stuffing is ready.

For Batter -Take a mixing bowl add 1/2 ltr curd then add sooji and mix it thoroughly for a min so that there are no lumps.

Then add chopped green chilli, coriander, salt, food soda and mix it.

Pour the batter into the pan lower the heat and the stuffing. Sprinkle oil towards the edges.

When the base is firm, flip it and cook on the other side until it is cooked well. Cook on a medium flame.

Serve bell pepper uttapam with chutney or sambhar or sprinkle podi.
