Steps

Clean and soak rice in water overnight or 4 hours.

Take a mixiE jar, add soaked rice, fresh coconut and chopped Ash gourd and grind them. Add Jaggery and salt once again grind it.

Take the vessel pour the batter. Dosa batter consistency.

Heat the paddu pan, add ghee and pour batter, close the lid and cook both sides.

Serve with chutney or pickle.
