Ingredients

  1. 1 cupChana Dhal(soaked)
  2. 1 tspTurmeric Powder
  3. 3Green Chillies (chopped)
  4. 2Garlic (crushed)
  5. 1 PieceGinger (crushed)
  6. 1 TspBlack Pepper (whole)
  7. 1Onion (chopped)
  8. 2 tbspGhee
  9. 1Bay leaf

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil dal with ginger garlic, green chilli.

    After boiling add turmeric powder, salt and garam Masala and boil again till water subside.

    Fry jeera, onion and bay leaf with ghee and add to dhal before serving.
