A quick spicy and tangy fish recipes to enjoy in this chilling weather

Marinate fish with salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder for 15 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the fish till golden on both sides.

Take it out and add leftover oil in the pan.

Add whole red chillies, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and fry for a minute.

Now add garlic paste and all the powder masala with a little water so it does not get burnt.

Add chopped tomatoes and mix well.

Add 1/2 cup water and cook covered till the tomatoes gets cooked properly and leaves oil.

Now add fried fish with green chilli, coriander leaves, dill leaves and lemon juice.

Cook covered for few minutes and serve with hot plain rice.
