Cooking Instructions

Take a ball of wheat dough, roll chapati, add 3 tsp leftover gobhi stuffing, sprinkle salt to taste, seal it and make balls.

Roll chapati again like paratha.

Heat tava, pay 1 tsp ghee on tava, now cook paratha on both sides till crispy.

Serve hot with curd.
