Broccoli Tandoori Lollipops

Cut the broccoli florets
Boil water in a deep pan with salt for 5 minutes, once it comes to a boil, add the broccoli florets.
Blanch them for 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain - 2
Prepare the marination using the ingredients under "Marination". Mix olive oil in the last.

Add broccoli florets and let it be in marination for overnight of maximum 3 hours.

Insert toothpicks in each broccoli floret or if you have kept little long stalks then can shallow fry them in a pan like this only. One can cook them in tandoor too.

Enjoy broccoli lollipop as starters with schezwan sauce or any chutney of your choice
