Ingredients

  • 2potatoes
  • 1 cupbaisan
  • salt
  • red chilli according to the taste
  • pinchsoda
  • oil for frying

    Wash potatoes

    Slice them with slicer

  3. 3

    Make batter of baisan by adding salt soda red chilli

  4. 4

    Batter should not be too liquidy

  5. 5

    Dip potato in batter

  6. 6

    Add in hot oil

  7. 7

    Fry till crispy
