Ingredients

  1. 1chicken made into 8 to 10 pieces
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 3 tbspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  5. 2 tbsptandoori masala
  6. 1 tspjeera powder
  7. 2 tbspmustard oil
  8. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  9. as per tasteSalt
  10. as requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash the chicken pieces and pat dry. In a bowl add the chicken pieces and all the above ingredients except oil for frying.

    Marinate and keep it for 2 to 3 hours. Heat oil in kadhai and fry the chicken pieces 2 to 3 at a time on medium flame till done.
