In a pan, take kiwi crush and sugar and cook it on low flame till sugar dissolves.

Once sugar is mixed well, add dessicated coconut and cashew powder and mix properly. If it is loose in consistency, add some more Desiccated coconutto it.

Once it is mixed well, remove it from the flame.

Transfer it to a plate and mould it in desired shape. Refrigerate it for 2-3 hours.

Kiwi Delight is ready to serve.
