Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cuprice
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • Kesar threads
  • 3 tbghee
  • Milk 3 cups (as per requirement)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the pan and add ghee

  2. 2

    Roast the rice in the ghee.

  3. 3

    Add milk and soaked kesar threads in rice

  4. 4

    Cook the rice then add sugar.

  5. 5

    Fry nuts in ghee until they're golden brown and add them in rice

  6. 6

    Simple yet yummy kesariya rice is ready.
