  1. 1+ 1/4 cupbesan
  2. 2 tbspnsooji
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 1/2 cupghee
  6. 2green cardamoms
  7. as requiredDry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadhai add ghee then add besan and sooji cook continuously in a medium heat till the raw smell disappears

    Add milk, sugar and cardamom cook continuously till it leaves edges and the colour changes serve with dry fruits
