First to make dough. Take all-purpose flour in a big vessel add salt, carrom seeds and make dough with cold water.Keep on rest for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat 2tbsp oil in a kadhai. Add cashewnuts and cook on low flame. Add all the spices and cook for a while. Add blanched peas.

Now add raisins and mix well.add mashed potatoes and mix well again.

Divide dough in equal portion.flatten in 6×8" puri.stuff with potato masala and seal well. Keep aside and do the same with rest of all.

Fry in medium hot oil by adding 5-6 at one time.

Ready to serve hot with chole and chutneys.
