For matar chaat crush peas in a mixer and put aside

In a pan put ghee then put hing, ginger, chilli and saute for a minute then put crushed coriander seeds and saute for 30 seconds

Now put crushed peas and roast until well combined like a dough or for 5 minutes in a low flame

Keep aside to cool, then make tikkis from the mixture and roast until it turns golden.

For rosti disc put grated potatoes in a bowl then I salt, chilli flakes, cornflour, maida and mix,if dough is dry then put little water.

Now make small disc from this mixture and roast until it turns golden and cooked from both sides

For serving put rosti disc in a plate then put some chutney, curd then matar tikki and garnish it with some curd chutney, spices and pomegranate seeds and serve hot
