Ingredients

  • 1 cuppeas
  • 2tomato puree form
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1 inchginger pieces finely chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1 pinchAsafoetida
  • 1/2 tbspgaram masala powder
  • as neededGreen coriander for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut all vegetables and keep a side

    In a kadai add ghee when hot add Asafoetida and cumin seeds when cracked add tomato puree, ginger chopped, green chilli chopped

    Stir it 2 minutes now add spices and green peas mix properly and cover with lid and cook on low heat until peas become soft

    Add chopped coriander for garnish and serve hot
