At first,rice flour,semolina take in pot

Then,add jaggery in it and mix all.

Then,put water in it or put milk,it makes malpua very tasty.

Whisk it and make smooth batter.

Then,add fennel seed,cardamom and black cardamom in it.

Then,add baking powder in it for soft and whisk again.

Put oil pan and tempt

Put the batter in it by a big spoon in oil.

Batter put in round shape on oil and start fry.

Flip it and fry from both side

After fring put it in plate.

For sugar syrup, take sugar in pot.

Add water and boil it.

After make syrup,spread it on malpua.

Serve it with dry fruit.
