Take a bowl add paneer cubes and add soya sauce for marinate keep the rest of 30 minutes.

HEAT 2 tbsp OIL, ADD WHOLE khada MASALA, onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, beetroot. Saute it till soft dry.

COOL & GRIND IN A MIXIE JAR.make a smooth paste.

Heat the oil and add paste.stir till the glossy texture. Then add all spices and butter mix well.sauté for 2 to 3 minute.

Add water and paneer cover the pan and cook for middium flame 10 minutes. Ready to eat with non,chapati,.....
