  • 4Cardamom
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 2 pinchOrange food colour
  • Desiccated coconut and nuts (almonds pistachio and raisins) for garnish
  • 1/4 cupGhee

Steps

    Heat ghee in a wok add cardamom fry little then add vermicellies bhonofy for 5 to 6 minutes add water and colour cook little till water dries sprinkle sugar over it leave on dum for 10 minutes garnish with nuts and serve
