Steps

Take dosa batter, add rice flour, sooji, hing and jeera and mix well.

Now add chopped green chillies and onions and mix well.

Add Chopped coriander leaves and mix well. To make a thick pakoda batter.

Fry them to golden brown colour and serve immediately with coconut chutney or green pudhina chutney.
