Chop the outside part of the tomato and cut it into small pieces.Chop the onions into small pieces and mix them together with the eggs in a bawl.Add black pepper and a pinch of salt and stirr.

Heat a pan for two minutes,,,add the oil and then pour in the egg mixture,,,spread evenly and cook for 2 minutes till brown,,,turn and cook the other side till brown,,,,I served mine with coffee😋
