Steps

Place the meat in a pot,season with salt,seasoning cube and onions

Add water to the meats and cook until tender,then add in the smoked fish,crayfish,atarodo and palm oil.cook until well combined.

Add the blended ogbono and stir continously until combined,adjust the taste,cook for 5 minutes on low heat.

Add the ugu leaves,cook for 2 minutes and set aside.serve hot with swallow of your choice.
