Sabudana vada with spicy gravy aloo

Now take a pan and heat oil add jeera add grated ginger and saute for 2 minutes add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt

Stir the spice mixture and add tomatoes stir fry for a few seconds then add water stir thoroughly and bring it to boil.

Now add chopped boiled potatoes and allows the curry to simmer for 20 minutes.

Now pour out into a bowl and garnish with corrinder leaves and serve

Now add boiled chopped potatoes and mix well

Soak the sabudana for 2-3 hours till they become soft, drain off all the water completely very well.

Add the sabudana in a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes, salt jeera, green chilli,, coriander powder, roasted peanut powder, coriander leaves and mix well add lemon juice and mix well.

Now take some portion of the mixture in your hands and shape them into flat round vadas.

Heat oil for deep frying in a pan fry it on medium flame when one side gets golden then flip the vadas fry till they crisp and golden.

Serve sabudana vadas with spicy aloo sabzi and Green chutney.
