In boiling water,blanch carrots for 3 minutes and blanch cauliflower for 1-2 minute, strain and dry all vegetables.

In jar,add carrots,cauliflower,green chilies,garlic,and cucumber

Mix well

Add salt,turmeric powder,mustard seeds crushed,red chilli powder

Add water in pan..pour vinegar and sugar..stir it...

Boil for 10 min

After 10 min...switch the flame

When vinegar come in room temperature

Pour this mixture in vegetables jar

Cover with lid and let it sit for 24 hours

Mix vegetable pickle is ready to use.
