  • 1 cupCarrot
  • 1 cupCabbage
  • 1 cupMethi (fenugreek)leaves
  • 1 cupCorinder leaves
  • 1 cupOnion
  • 1 tspGinger paste
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 2 tspCorinder Cumin powder
  • 2 tspSalt
  • 3 tspRed chilli paste
  • 2 cupWheat flour
  • 1 cupBesan/gram flour
  • 1 cupJowar flour
  • as neededOil
  • as neededGhee
  • as neededKetchup for serving

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a container and grate all veggies like cabbage,carrot, louki, chop Methi leaves, coriander leaves, onion make ginger paste keep it aside.

    Next step in same container add wheat flour, besan,jawor flour,salt,red chilli powder Cumin seeds, coriander & Cumin powder,oil mix it well.

    Next step after mixing add water mix it gently by adding water and make soft dough apply oil to it.

    Next step make a chapati and fry it both side upto cook nicely and turn colour to brown.

    Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
