Ingredients

  • 2 cupsajab flour
  • I used coconut milk to knead with
  • Pinchsalt
  • 4 tbspOil
  • 2 tbsSugar
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all the dry ingredients and milk well.

  2. 2

    Add oil as and mix well

  3. 3

    Add coconut milk and knead your chapo.until soft.

  4. 4

    Cover for 30min.roll and make tabaki

  5. 5

    Fry your chapos with your favourite oil.me I love ghee or cowboy.enjoy with your desired stew.
