Oats muthia with rice

In a bowl mix all ingredients for muthia and make a dough. Drain water from soaked rice. Greasing palm with oil make small rounds and roll in soaked rice.
Steam in a steamer for 15minutes. - 2
You can omit the rice and make barrel shaped and steam. Let it cool and cut in small cubes.
In a pan add 2 tablespoon oil, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds and curry leaves. Once it starts fluttering add the muthias and toss thoroughly and let it cook for 2/3 minutes and garnish with coriander leaves. - 3
