Collect all your ingredients. In two bowls mix all the dry ones and the wet ones separately. Pour the wet mix into the dry mix and stir to a smooth paste of convenient thickness - not so heavy nor too light.

Heat the sauce pan, melt the butter and pour into the mixture and stir.

Return the pan to the heat, lace it with a little oil when it's hot enough pour in a scoop of your batter. Let it cook until bubbles begin to form on top and the sides turn brownish. Carefully flip to the other side and let cook to golden brown.

A good turn vs a bad turn will look like this, keep at it...timing is key. When your pancakes are all cooked enjoy with your beverage 😋😋😋🥰😝
