White Dhokla

First rice & dal make a course paste in a blender. Transfer in a bowl add salt, dahi or Chas, 1/2tsp oil. Set aside.

Now heat a water in a kadai or steamer place one stand.Take a plate apply little oil. Before pouring batter add baking soda mix well. Now set the batter into a a steamer or kadai. Cover the lid. After 5 minutes in a high flame. open the lid sprinkle black pepper powder. Keep cover again. In a low flame.

Now check with knife or tooth pic. Turn off flame. After turning off gas keep same position. Take a small pan put oil add mustard seeds start crackling add hing white sesme seeds turn off flame. Pour this over dhokla. Now garnish with chopped coriander leaves, Peri Peri masala.
