Ingredients

  1. 2 cupscashews soaked in water for at least 1 hour
  2. 4 tspLemon Juice
  3. 1 tspSea Salt
  4. 4turns fresh black pepper
  5. 1/2 cupwater
  6. Dried Basil
  7. Garlic Powder
  8. Fresh Parsley
  9. Optional - Dried Oregano

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    After cashews have soaked, drain and rinse them.

  2. 2

    Combine everything except fresh parsley into food processor. Adding it too early will make the dip green.

  3. 3

    After everything is blended and is at your desired taste, add the fresh parsley and blend for about 10 seconds. This will make the dip look really nice.

  4. 4

    Enjoy this with crackers or veggies or any other way you like. It is amazing when paired with my pesto sauce.
