Steps

Dissolve yeast in warm milk with some sugar for 15 minutes.

Make a soft dough with maida,salt,oil,yeast and water.

Let it rest in warm place for one hour or till it become duble in size.

Heat some oil. put green chillies and onion.fry lightly

Add small chopped paneer.fry for some time

Add tomatoes.fry till soft.add chopped cheese.

Add pizza sauce and all the seasoning. Let it cool

Cut the daugh in 8 parts. And rolla thin roti from each part.

Take one roti and put a big spoonful of filling in center and fold all four sides to cover it properly.like the images I shared.

Take a baking tray and oil it and put all the 8 puffs.leave some space between them.

Now let it rest again for 1or 2hour so become puffy.

Preheat the oven and Bake it at 200 degrees for 15 minutes or they become light golden in colour.

The pizza puffus are ready.enjoy them with catch-up and a big smile.
